For most of us, jumping into the world of entrepreneurship didn’t come paired with a very “welcoming” feeling.
Maybe your girlfriend left you, maybe your friends and family said it’s a scam, or maybe you just spent years of your life doing stuff you don’t enjoy… only to realize YOU need to be in control of your time.
The point is this, if you post on Facebook: “Hey I’m an entrepreneur”, you’ll be lucky if you get 1 like.
You’ll probably just get looked at like an idiot during the next family holiday… LOL! (it’s ok though you aren’t alone)
So how do us “entrepreneur people” cope with that sort of loneliness, rejection, and feeling of pure uncertainty?
We learn, and we learn WAY TOO F*#CKING MUCH!
It makes us feel all good and fuzzy. You know the feeling.
It’s only a FAKE HIGH that will drown you in the feeling of being overwhelmed and excited…
Leaving you far away from actually being productive or efficient.
That one thing alone is the #1 reason why new entrepreneurs can’t get results quicker!
Prior to reading this article you can blame it on the standard school system for forcing irrelevant sh*t in our brain, but after you leave here it’s now on your shoulders to do the following (and this may shock you).
1. Put down the books, DO NOT buy another course.
2. Do revenue-generating activities. (Cold call a prospect, set up an AD, knock on a door)
Okay so step 1 is easy… just do it like NIKE.
Step 2 is where everyone royally screws up.
Why is that so?
Here’s why, step 2 is going to make you feel uncomfortable, if not, very uncomfortable 10/10 times for some time until you gain momentum.
Look, you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
If you hate talking to people or selling (uncomfortable), then you will need to spend a nice chunk of money on marketing which can easily fail and make you lose money (also uncomfortable).
Cut the pie however you’d like, in our world you can’t avoid the feeling of standing naked in front of a hundred sorority girls or spending your last $1 a week before rent is due.
Don’t let my article scare you, instead you should be thanking me because if you apply what I’m telling you, you will make money in your business 10x quicker than if you continue down the tragic path of “information overload”.
Knowledge isn’t key, applied knowledge is.
Once you start consistently making sales or bringing on clients/customers you can begin to expand by outsourcing and allocating cash to new growth tactics.
When I had my first “$1,000/Day” with my online business it looked NOTHING like I thought.
I didn’t even have a website or know what I was really selling….
Yeah, so get to work.
You can’t be afraid to whip that “thing” out in front of more people, who cares what they think!
Don’t have such a naughty mind 😉
I’m talking about your business, product, or service!
Good luck and cheers to getting stuff DONE moving forward!
Shoutout to Benjamin P. Hardy for helping ME get stuff done and start my Medium.com journey, and new book: “If you always do what you want, you’ll never get what you want” which is being worked on currently!
If you want to grow, you need a scalable and reliable strategy to bring in new customers or clients on a consistent basis. I personally use Facebook ADs to generate above-average ROI, I’ve put together a 7-step formula that I follow every time I create Facebook ADs, CLICK HERE to download it for free!
